Why Choose Our Airport Pickup Service?

A reliable Otopeni airport taxi starts before your plane lands. Henri Coanda International Airport, also known as OTP Airport or Otopeni Airport, is the main gateway to Bucharest and one of the busiest arrival points in Romania. After a long flight, most travellers want a simple route from arrivals to the hotel, apartment, office or city centre address. Our airport pickup service is designed for that exact moment: a confirmed meeting point, a fixed price, a driver who tracks your flight and a clean vehicle ready for your luggage and group size.

Meet and greet at OTP arrivals

Your private driver waits inside the arrivals area with a name sign, so you do not need to search for transport outside the terminal. This is especially useful for first-time visitors, families with luggage, business travellers on a schedule and passengers arriving late at night. The driver helps with your bags and guides you directly to the vehicle, avoiding the stress of finding the correct pickup lane after landing.

Because the pickup is booked in advance, you already know who is collecting you and where the journey is going. You can arrange a transfer to Bucharest city centre, Old Town hotels, apartments in Sector 1, business offices, event venues or private addresses across the city.

Flight tracking and fixed prices

Flight delays are common at busy airports, so every airport taxi pickup from Henri Coanda Airport includes flight monitoring. If your flight lands later than planned, the pickup time is adjusted without surprise waiting fees. Your price is confirmed before the ride, which makes a chauffeur service easier to budget than a taxi meter, especially during traffic, bad weather or late-night arrivals.

Fixed prices also help travellers avoid airport taxi scams and unclear fares. You see the fare before booking, choose the right vehicle and travel door to door without negotiating after a tiring flight.

Transfers to the city, hotels and Romania destinations

Many visitors book an Otopeni airport taxi only to reach the centre, but our service also covers longer private rides from OTP Airport. You can travel from Otopeni Airport to Brasov, Sinaia, Constanta, Mamaia, Costinesti, Sibiu, Pitesti, Ploiesti, Giurgiu, Ruse and other destinations in Romania or nearby border cities. Cars, vans and minibuses are available depending on passengers and luggage.

Whether you need an airport pickup for a hotel check-in, a business meeting, a ski trip, a seaside holiday or a return ride back to the terminal, the goal is the same: a professional driver, a clear price and a smooth journey from airport arrivals to your final address.

For travellers comparing public transport, an airport taxi and a pre-booked ride, the biggest advantage is control. You do not need to check train times, carry bags between stations or worry about whether a taxi driver understands the hotel address. The ride is planned around your flight, your group and your final destination. That makes it a strong choice for holiday arrivals, business trips, wedding guests, medical travel, cruise connections and anyone who wants the first part of the journey in Romania to feel organised from the start.

How Your Airport Pickup Works

A good airport pickup should be simple before you fly and predictable after you land. The booking process is designed around fixed prices, confirmed pickup details and direct contact with your driver or support team.

Otopeni Airport Taxi vs Metered Airport Taxi
